The hotel is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood, close to many bars and restaurants. It is also conveniently situated near Recoleta attractions. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast is good. The staff is very helpful and polite.
The cleaning service was poor, as the floor was dirty upon check-in and was not cleaned throughout the stay. the bathroom was small and the shower leaked, causing water to cover the floor.

The breakfast at Hotel Arenales was amazing. The variety of high quality products, such as ham and cheese, fresh fruits, and local pastries, made for a delicious start to the day. The café where breakfast was served was also very cozy, and the staff working there were cute. I highly recommend this hotel for its awesome breakfast experience.
