The hotel is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood, close to many bars and restaurants. It is also conveniently situated near Recoleta attractions. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast is good. The staff is very helpful and polite.
The cleaning service was poor, as the floor was dirty upon check-in and was not cleaned throughout the stay. the bathroom was small and the shower leaked, causing water to cover the floor.

We loved the location of this place! It was in a really safe area and we felt comfortable walking around to the main attractions. The staff was amazing, always willing to help provide us with tips and ideas for places to go. The breakfast was good and gave us a great start to the day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with modern and spacious rooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of fresh pastries, breads, fruits, and even made-to-order eggs. The location was ideal, situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood, yet close to many bars and restaurants. Additionally, transportation options were easily accessible, with a nearby metro station.

The breakfast at Hotel Arenales was absolutely amazing. The variety of high quality products, such as ham and cheese, fresh fruits, and local pastries, made for a delicious start to the day. The café where breakfast was served was also very cozy, and the staff working there were incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic breakfast experience.
